Life has certainly changed the way we operate in the past couple of months. We learned so much about the virus, yet with no cure, but we also learned how important it is to practice social-distance and stay home.
On the other side, a few may have already noticed, we all must stay connected in a way or another to keep life going. We cannot just wholly stay distant.
While a lot of us these days work entirely from home, it would certainly help to stay social even while away from the office.
We could take time to check in on our colleagues. It’s not just about the best tactics to work from home or being safe online. We also need to know if they are doing well while at it.
It’s such a critical time that we all need one another to keep going. Some people may get into depression, and others may go into complete isolation. It’s times like these that show the level of humanity and care we do have for each other.
It wouldn’t be that we take hours over the phone. That’s no good for business either, but we can simply have a few minutes to find out if everything is moving well at their ends.
We can always take good care of our business, and our safety, but please don’t forget to check-in.
